Delegate Registration
All attendees, including invited speakers, must register in advance of the Conference. Registered delegates will receive the following:
- Delegate Bag including the programme and other associated materials
- Name Badge permitting access to all sessions
- Refreshments on the days attended
- Admission to the Civic Reception on Sunday 26 July
- Admission to the Poster Party on Monday 27 July
- Option to purchase a ticket for the Conference Dinner on Wednesday 29 July
Registration Rates
To take advantage of the reduced registration rates for early booking, you must register by 15 May 2009. The registration rates are as follows:

Accompanying Guests
All accompanying guests must be registered. Please provide full guest names as all guests will be issued with a badge for entry to the Civic Reception. The Accompanying Guest Fee includes:
- Name Badge permittng access to the following events, but NOT Conference sessions
- Admission to the Civic Reception on Sunday 26 July
- Admission to the Poster Party on Monday 27 July
- Option to purchase tickets for Accompanying Guest Tours
- Option to purchase a ticket for the Conference Dinner on Wednesday 29 July
